These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IVCI, the Internet Video Credit Index, at ivcreditindex.com and through related services. By using IVCI, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials secure. Information you provide must be accurate, and you may not impersonate another person or falsely claim control of a platform account.
The IVCI catalog
IVCI organizes factual information about internet videos, creators, platform accounts, and production credits. Catalog entries and credit statuses may be incomplete, unverified, disputed, changed, or removed. Inclusion in IVCI is not an endorsement, and IVCI does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of catalog information.
Your contributions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant IVCI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the catalog. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and grant this license.
Credit claims must be made in good faith. Evidence should be relevant and lawfully obtained. IVCI may label, moderate, reject, correct, or remove contributions and may preserve records needed to explain moderation or dispute outcomes.
Acceptable use
You may not use IVCI to:
- Break the law or infringe another person's rights.
- Submit false, deceptive, defamatory, or fraudulent claims.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or expose sensitive personal information.
- Upload malware or interfere with the service or its security.
- Scrape, automate access to, or overload IVCI in a manner that harms the service or circumvents technical limits.
- Use connected platform data for a purpose outside the functionality authorized by the user.
Third-party services
IVCI may link to or integrate with services such as Google, YouTube, and Twitch. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. IVCI is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or actions.
Intellectual property concerns
If you believe content on IVCI infringes your rights, contact dev@itsgymnasium.com with identification of the work, the material at issue, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation of your claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using IVCI at any time. IVCI may restrict or terminate access, remove content, or take protective action when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service or others, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Service availability and disclaimers
IVCI is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVCI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVCI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, reputation, or business arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised terms and effective date here. Continuing to use IVCI after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
